She earned her degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology and furthered her education at the Society of Illustrators in New York City.
Today, Chris is the founder of Chris Anderson Design and is excited to share her fashion innovation with you. She created the Rain Snood, a stylish water-resistant head cover that will keep you dry in rain, sleet or snow.
THE RAIN SNOODS
As many of us have experienced, one day Chris found herself caught in an unexpected rain shower. Her arms were full with groceries and it was impossible to open and hold onto her umbrella. By the time she reached her apartment, her hair was soaking wet and it was then that Chris thought that there must be an easy alternative to the unwieldy umbrella.
After doing research on water-resistant fabrics, Chris created the original Rain Snood and the Infinity Rain Snood - her hands-free options to the umbrella.
The Rain Snood, made of soft, breathable, water-resistant fabric is a stylish, lightweight accessory that conveniently folds into the size of a small envelope and can be easily carried in your pocket or handbag.
Always keep this multi-purpose addition to your wardrobe close by to wear as a fashionable cowl that can be pulled up over your head as a rain scarf or hood for protection from rain, wind, sleet or snow. And now we’re introducing the elegant new Rain Poncho.
